PARENT RESOURCES Quality Checklist
|
A partnership is comprised of two or more persons working
together towards one common goal; in this case, the provision of quality
childcare. The Little Miracles School believes in a partnership between the staff
of the childcare center and parents/guardians. We will work together,
discussing and sharing the responsibilities of providing the best quality
care for your child. Working together, we can develop a mutual respect for
each other’s expectations, hopes, and wants for your child. We would like to
talk about your child's likes and dislikes, wants,
needs, diet, and special requirements. We will keep you informed about your
child's progress. Cooperation between parents and the Little Miracles staff
is imperative for providing quality care for the children. Parent
Participation Parents have unrestricted visitation to any part of the center
where their child is in care. We encourage and welcome parent visitations anytime.
Parents are free to join any of our activities. Parents are also encouraged
to volunteer at the Center. It is our belief that a parent’s participation
enhances the quality care a child receives. As part of our commitment to the
children, parents are asked to participate in Parent Teacher Associations
(PTA) /Open House meetings to help us all provide quality care for the
children. Parent
Consultations We will be happy to discuss your child’s development, program
schedules, etc. with parents at any time. Please feel free to talk to
caregivers when you drop-off or pick up your child, or schedule an
appointment at your convenience. Contact
