Academic Growth

The Little Miracles School also focuses on the academic knowledge of the children. Time is set aside each day to focus on learning the alphabet, numbers, phonics, reading and writing skills. Babies are read to, toddlers are taught alphabet songs, two year olds are taught to count numbers, the three year olds are taught to recognize the letters of the alphabet, the four year olds are taught word phonics, and the five year olds are taught to write words and spell.  The six to twelve year olds are taught to love the acquisition of knowledge. The list of academic skills we focus on are continual. Our main goal is to help each child become self-confident, independent, creative, inquisitive learners with a successful start in school. For detailed information on what and how your child will learn at each age and developmental milestone, contact us to see our Curriculum Objectives.

Computers
Our facility is outfitted with computer stations to introduce children to the fundamentals of computer education.  We offer hands on learning with programs that are tailored to each child’s learning and developmental needs. As children become more proficient, they can expand on their skills with more challenging applications.
